COURSE DESCRIPTION
Business Trends & Consumer Trends - This workshop provides small business owners with new business trends offering alternative solutions for the management and marketing of small business. Also discussing current consumer trends and how knowing the trends can help business and increase sales. We will concentrate on the 2017 trends and the trends that continue to have growth, understand the difference between a fad and a trend and how to research trends for small business owners. This workshop is interesting and can provide business owners with thinking outside the box and brainstorm for new ideas.
I took the Excel program to refresh my knowledge of excel as I had taken it at NSCC in 2003. However, the program delivered through LAE training was much superior. It helped me to organize my Client list as well as my daily expenses, which is very important to me as a Real Estate Agent.
